Welcome to the registration process for Perry Township Youth Soccer Club!

Welcome to PTYSCs Registration Page!

New players will need to upload a new photo of your child and a copy of their birth certificate will be required to register, otherwise, the player will not be able to participate in the PTYSC league. Please have that information ready during the registration such that you can complete the process.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover information available.
